Frigon Paddling was founded in 2022, after driving through Port Alice the summer previous and witnessing the amazing setting for the tourquoise waters of the Neroutsos inlet and experiencing the warm welcoming community first hand. Our lifestyles are and were based in a strong foundation of being outdoors in nature and the desire to live that life both at work and recreationally led us to the end of the road and the beginning of Frigon Paddling.

Our goals as business owners are primarily your safety while you enjoy your day on the water and secondary but no less important educating our clients about the leave no trace philosophy while they enjoy our spectacular shorelines. This philosophy is critical to us as users of the natural spaces and also for the local and tourism based users to continue to enjoy them.

The Frigon Islands provided the inspiration for both the name and the paddling equipment rental and guiding business. The islands are a reasonably short distance from the shoreline of Port Alice and provide an opportunity to explore both the islands and the crystal clear waters.
